The announced delivery dates are December 2026 for Tower A and March 2027 for Tower B. Please confirm the schedule for your residence before formalizing the purchase.
04What payment plans are available?
There are three options: Plan A with a 10% discount and 10/70/20 payments; Plan B with a 5% discount and 30/50/20 payments; and Plan C at list price with 30/70 payments. Terms are confirmed at the time of purchase.
05Is parking included?
Yes. Each residence includes one deeded underground parking space. Additional spaces are listed at MXN $250,000, subject to availability and confirmation.
